Martin Luther King Day Community March

January 15
March time to be announced later.
On Aug. 28, 1963, approximately a quarter million people converged on the nation's capital to demand civil rights for African-Americans. The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom was one of the largest political rallies in history and where Martin Luther King Jr. gave his "I Have a Dream" speech. His work continues today.  YWCA is dedicated to Eliminating Racism, Empowering Women and Promoting Peace, Justice, Freedom and Dignity for All. We hope you will join us for this community march!
