Strong YWomen

 Attention:  There will be no class May 24th.

The YWCA offers weekly exercise classes for women based on the Strong Women program.  Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-10.

The exercise class is designed to strengthen and increase muscle tone in women, improve bone health and reduce the risk of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.  The class is also a way for women to remain active and feel supported by her fellow peers.
