Join us for the 25th annual Luminaria Evening. This year’s beneficiary is MDI Health. Luminaria cost $10 a piece and can be purchased here. They will also be available that evening on the Village Green. *Rain date: August 15th.

This year's event will benefit two important programs at MDI Health: the Breast Health Center and the Oncology Department.

The Breast Health Center will direct proceeds toward its Mammogram Screening Scholarship Program, which provides free screening mammograms for uninsured and underinsured individuals who may otherwise delay or forgo this lifesaving preventive care. By removing financial barriers, the program helps ensure more people have access to early detection, when breast cancer is most treatable.

MDI Health's Oncology Department will use funds to enhance the patient experience, supporting initiatives that create a more welcoming, comfortable, and compassionate environment for individuals receiving cancer treatment. These enhancements help provide comfort and dignity for patients and their loved ones throughout their care journey.

Together, these efforts ensure that local patients have access not only to high-quality cancer care close to home, but also to the support and compassion they deserve every step of the way.
